A 15% restocking fee will apply to cash-back returns. This may be reduced for exchanges. Additionally, if free shipping was offered on the original purchase, the cost of shipping the items to you will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
We offer free ground shipping for most orders. Items without a free shipping option will clearly state the shipping fee before checkout. Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the US 48 states.
